Lexunia is a digital service with immediate access after purchase. For this reason, refunds are not automatically guaranteed once access has been activated and used.

However, if you were charged in error, charged more than once, or experienced a verified technical issue that prevented normal access to the service, please contact us and we will review your case fairly.

If a refund is approved, it will be sent to the original payment method.
